Irisan antara pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban kerap menyebabkan kekisruhan tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Tingginya kasus industrial tahun lalu memang disebabkan para pekerja mulai memahami cara membuat aduan ke Disnaker.<\/p>\n<p>Nur berharap, kedepan para pekerja maupun perusahaan bisa lebih terbuka dan transparan guna menghindari potensi perselisihan.<\/p>\n<p>Keterbukaan perusahaan dan pekerja dalam membuat aduan ke Disnaker cukup penting.
